FAQ — Portable Space Heaters (1200W & 350W)

1) What’s the difference between the 1200W and 350W models?

  • 1200W: Fast, whole-corner warmth for small/medium rooms (≈ 8–15 m²), 70° oscillation, digital thermostat, timer.

  • 350W: Ultra-compact personal heater (≈ 4–8 m²) — perfect for desk/nightstand, sip-of-heat with very low power draw.
    Both use PTC ceramic, run whisper-quiet (≈ <40 dB), and feature overheat + tip-over protection.

2) How much does it cost to run? (electricity use)
Use: Cost per hour = Power (kW) × Your kWh price.

  • 350W → 0.35 kWh. At €0.25/kWh ≈ 

  • 1200W → 1.2 kWh. At €0.25/kWh ≈ 
    Tip: Heat only the room you’re in to save versus whole-home heating. Actual cost varies by tariff.

3) What room size should I choose?

  • 350W: best around 4–8 m² (desk area, small bedroom, nursery corner).

  • 1200W: best around 8–15 m² (bedroom, office, small living room).
    For open spaces or high ceilings, place the heater 2–3 m from where you sit for the quickest comfort.

4) Is it safe? Can I use it at night / around kids & pets?
Yes. Both models include overheat shutoff, tip-over switch, flame-retardant housing, cool-touch body. Use on a flat, dry surface, keep 1 m/3 ft from curtains/soft items, and never cover the grille. Night use is fine; a timer/thermostat helps maintain comfort. Supervise young children/pets as with any appliance.

5) How do I use it?
Place → Plug (220–240 V EU) → Power on → select Mode/Temp (1200W has thermostat & timer; 350W is simple on/off or low/eco depending on variant) → optional Oscillation (1200W). Keep vents clear. Unplug and cool before moving/cleaning.

6) What are the shipping times and costs?
Orders dispatch in 24–48h (business days). Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking link by email. Shipping fees (if any) appear at checkout; we sometimes run free-shipping promos.

7) What is your return and refund policy?
You have 40 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition/packaging. To start, email contact@coozery.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. (Sale items may be final; return postage may apply.)

8) Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t right, contact contact@coozery.com with your order details; we’ll repair, replace, or refund per our policy.

9) What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and other local options shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. Duties/taxes for non-EU destinations may be collected by the carrier.

10) Can I change or cancel my order? How do I track it?
We can modify/cancel orders before dispatch — contact us ASAP with the correct address or changes. Once shipped, use the tracking link in your email. If a parcel is delayed/undeliverable, write to us and we’ll help resolve it.
