Returns & Refunds Policy – COOZERY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, here’s how to return an item or request a refund.

1) Window & Eligibility

  • You have 40 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including accessories and manuals).

  • Sale/discounted items are returnable and refundable under the same conditions.

  • Do not send any item back without authorization and do not return it to the manufacturer.

2) Non-returnable items

For safety, hygiene, or compliance reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items (if any)

  • Items damaged by misuse or incomplete items (missing parts not due to our error)

If an item arrives used, damaged, or outside the 40-day window, the refund may be refused or partial.

3) How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@coozery.com within 40 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, and the reason.

  2. After review, we will send you return authorization, the return address, and packing/shipping instructions.

  3. Do not ship anything until you receive our confirmation and instructions.

4) Return shipping & costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide prepaid labels; please arrange shipment yourself.

  • For your protection, we recommend tracked and/or insured shipping, especially for high-value items.

5) Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items that are faulty on arrival or damaged in transit.
Email contact@coozery.com (photos help). Depending on the case, we will offer an exchange or a refund.

6) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Posting times depend on your bank/card issuer.

Late or missing refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card issuer (posting delays are possible).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may apply).

7) Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the approved return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be sent to the purchaser’s original payment method, who will be notified of the return.
